oil spills1

what happens to the wildlife in the area of an oil spill?

Many animals are affected by oil spills but the ones that are affected the most are the ones in the water like otters, fish, whales, birds, sharks, and plants on the sea bed. oil can kill alot of animals by poisening them, and fish or the animals don't have to eat it to be poisened by it in fact if a fish is covered in oil and another fish eats that fish then that fish will be poisened.in fact if a bird gets caught in an oil spill the bird will not beable to fly so it will try to clean its wings so it can fly and get poinened.

  1. yeah all the fish eat each other the birds have to fly to get away from predators. so the animals are basically hurt and fish. the animals all clean themselves. so all animals are endangered to oil spills and fish!
